For example:

1) The curly-haired student has excellent fluency.

2) She can communicate in a poised manner and explains herself very clearly.

3) Her excellent fluency is also reflected in her attitude. She is fun, and she's capable of making the other students laugh.

4) She is able to communicate through non-linguistic elements: she uses gestures to accompany her words in a sound and logical manner.

5) Sometimes she is a little bit inaccurate (for example, she pronounces the "h" as a "kh" and every once in a while she skips the indefinite article and the -ed termination in past regular verbs).

6) Overall, she communicates the message in an effective way.

7) After the teacher asks the question, she replies immediately. This means she is very confident and that she feels at ease with the task.

Another example:

1) The student with a green T-shirt on is a bit unsure when she speaks.
2) She has a not very confident attitude: she tends to look away and sometimes she mumbles the words' endings.
3) She is afraid of making mistakes.
4) Her lack of confidence about her accuracy affects her fluency -- sometimes it is hard to understand her and she does not speak much.
5) She does not speak much, and the teacher has to stimulate her speech with prompt questions.
