You could say to the curly-haired student:

"Don't forget to add -ed in "need-ed"
"Can you repeat what you did? ___ hard analysis? There's one tiny word missing before hard" [I would use my hands to show the students that she missed a word. My index would correspond to "hard", my middle finger would correspond to "analysis". I would point to my thumb to prompt her to say the missing word].

you could say to the student with the green t-shirt:

"You're very communicative and fun. It would be great if you showed more confidence, because it would make you more effective! [to all students] Don't be shy, making mistakes is normal".
